General Manager - Human Resources
Dawn moved into the General Manager - Human Resources role after seven years with Sealord as Human Resource Manager across different aspects of the business. Dawn is accountable for all aspects of human resources for Sealord in New Zealand and Australia, with a significant role in the Sealord strategy of People.
With over 20 years’ experience in human resources, Dawn has worked in both union and non-unionised environments at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, Villa Maria Estate, Carter Holt Harvey and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Dawn started her career with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematical Sciences and gained her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde. She moved to New Zealand in 2005 from her homeland, Scotland.
