Our wild caught New Zealand hoki is cut into squares and coated in breadcrumbs to fit perfectly in a burger. Made with flaky fillets and a crunchy crumb, your fish burger will be delicious. 

Cooking Instructions 

For best results cook from frozen.  

As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Hoki are hot and cooked right through before serving.  

Fan bake (preferred) 

Preheat fan forced oven to 190°C. Place portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Oven bake  

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 11 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Air fryer 

Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen fillets for approx. 15 minutes or until fully cooked.  

Our flaky fillets are made from wild caught New Zealand Hoki pieces and coated in crunchy gluten free breadcrumbs. Gluten free, dairy free, soy free and egg free, makes catering for every customer easy. Our Gluten Free Hoki Fillets are easy to prepare and cook quickly. Deep fry for 4-5 minutes or bake in the oven. Naturally, they’re a good source of fibre and omega 3 and can be eaten as is or easily added to your dishes. Caught off the coast of New Zealand, we hand-cut our Smooth Oreo Dory fillets with care and then freeze them to capture the natural goodness. These succulent Smooth Oreo Dory fillets are then individually coated in batter. Suitable for most cooking methods, can be deep fried in just 5-6 minutes. Alfonsino have a firm white flesh with high oil content. Alfonsino are suitable for most cooking methods. Wild caught alfonsino from New Zealand are caught all year round, at a depth of 200-800m. All Sealord alfonsino are from suitable and well managed fisheries.
