Our Hoki is wild caught in New Zealand waters and coated in Nelson with gluten free breadcrumbs. A source of omega-3 fatty acids and protein, our Hoki bites are deliciously flaky with a crunchy coating. Serve with tartare sauce on a platter or in a taco for a tasty dinner
Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen.
As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Fish Bites are hot and cooked right through before serving.
Fan bake (preferred)
Preheat fan forced oven to 200°C. Place Fish Bites on an oven tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Oven bake
Preheat oven to 220°C. Place Fish Bites on an oven tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Air fryer
Set air fryer to 180° C and cook for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
