Our wild caught Southern Blue Whiting is coated in delicious crunchy breadcrumbs. Caught from the deep sea surrounding New Zealand, it has a moist flaky texture - you can really taste the difference.
Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen.

Fan bake (preferred)
Preheat fan forced oven to 190°C. Place portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 9 minutes on each side or until fully cooked
Oven bake
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Air fryer
Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen fillets for approx. 14 minutes or until fully cooked.
