Pub Style Batter Hoki Fillets 450g

Our flaky fillets are made from wild caught New Zealand Hoki pieces and coated in crispy pub style batter.

 

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen.  

As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Hoki are hot and cooked right through before serving.  

Fan bake (preferred) 

Preheat fan forced oven to 190°C. Place portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 9 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Oven bake  

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Air fryer 

Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen fillets for approx. 16 minutes or until fully cooked.
