In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and sriracha. Whisk well until thoroughly combined
Add Sealord Hoki fish bites to the bowl with the soy sauce and honey. Toss well to marinate. Place in the fridge and let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Once the Sealord Hoki fish bites have marinated, line an airfryer with baking paper, set air fryer to 180° C and cook for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked
Garnish with spring onions & sesame seeds, if desired.
Serve hot with a side of tartare sauce, enjoy!
