Heat oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Drizzle the baguette slices with a good helping of olive oil and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden. Keep a watch as the bread can burn easily!
Top the hot bruschetta with Sealord Lemon Sesame & Ginger tuna avocado slices, ribboned cucumber, spring onion and radish slices.
Finally sprinkle over sesame seeds, a drizzle of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
